“Gravity is NOT a superstition”…or is it?

“Gravity is NOT a superstition…”; so says the lyrics of one of Africa’s biggest rappers- MI. As I grow older, I realize a lot of things are not superstitions either. They are facts, principles, and guidelines. Some of them MUST be followed to the latter, others can be bent to the will of those who wield and command their minds.

I am personally humbled to have had this much impact from what I consider my tiny corner of the world. A lot has been said year in, year out and a lot will be said. I think 2020 will be the year of inciting, growing and pushing global citizens.

I will leave you with this for 2020. Spend more time in private than public and focus on these two:

1. Prayers. Here is a great place to start: Isaiah 41:18 King James Version (KJV); “I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.”

2. Learning: Learn far more than you give out. Learn, learn, learn.

It is the combination of these two that sharpens your foresight to recognize opportunities and respond quickly, assertively, adaptively and appropriately.

Gravity is NOT a superstition…..but planes fly, rockets launch. So even the almighty gravity can be bent to our will. Let that sink in.

Remain Blessed.
